I think it is "chou" as in "chou à la crème", the pastry.

I like how something said with love can make the plainest of objects cute. Guess love transforms everything!

It is actually "mon petit choufleur" or "ma petite choufleur" depending on gender and translates to my little cauliflower

Chou also means cute in french as well as cabbage and a pastry, it's affectionate, that's what matters!😘😘

(squints at screen) Okay, either that's some breed of cabbage with a white centre that I've never seen nor heard of, or that's a cauliflower. Either way, still cute. Cabbages for everyone!

For me, "mon petit chou" is about cream puff, or choux bun, for it's sweet and delicious, more than cabbages... I'm french.
