I Went Back To Asia To Find My Kidnapped Friends

Three years ago, I went back to Asia to find and rescue some friends of mine. They’d been abducted from Vietnam, trafficked into China and sold as teenage brides. I risked my life to find them, uncovering a local human trafficking crisis and setting in motion an incredible series of events.

By the time I found them, each of the girls had a child and was forced to make a heartbreaking decision no mother should ever have to make: the choice between her child and her freedom. Their story is being told in ‘Sisters For Sale’, an independent feature documentary to raise awareness of the global human trafficking crisis.
