I run a small animal rescue and have many pets myself... I can have up to two dozen animals in my house on any given day. Yes, it is a lot of work, but there is nothing like life on my farm!
I hope you enjoy the pictures, and remember that there are many places that need volunteers. I’d highly recommend you find somewhere like this near you! The work is hard, but there are so many cute faces you see every day!

YOU CAN!!! Just start doing it!!! The worst part about it is constantly having to raise money!! I used to do it! I partnered up with the Humane Society. I had to pass their inspections, but if you do it that way, you will be considered a sanctuary and the Humane Society foots the bills (food and vet, etc). You foster and do all of the hands on work. BUT!!! It is a 24/7 operation!! It is awesome, but EXHAUSTING!!!
