I started crocheting in seventh grade. I can remember my first project – a very poorly crocheted “rug” that had horribly uneven sides. I was so proud though! I boldly displayed my masterpiece on my bedroom floor for all to see!

Over the last ten+ years, I’ve mastered the art of crochet – some days crocheting from the moment I wake up until the moment I go to sleep.

I used to own a little Etsy shop and sold goods locally – but have moved on to blogging and teaching crochet classes for those who love yarn and want to create their own unique designs!

I’ve been working on my first online class which has been a huge learning experience. There’s a lot more involved in creating online content rather than simply teaching someone in person. But I have discovered I really enjoy the process!

My goal is to infuse humor into my classes to make learning fun! I’m the clown among my friends – I’m like a Grandma Clown (totally not creepy), telling jokes and crocheting away.

Here’s a few of my favorite things I’ve worked on recently!
