I do Photoshop manipulations as a hobby, and I had this inspiration in 2019, an entire world made out of real candy but had to drop it since no stock images were helping me to bring this idea to life.

Until last year, watching The Witcher while playing Candy Crush, the idea came back with a vengeance. But how would I do it? I had absolutely no knowledge with 3D, but I was always a crafty person, so I thought to myself… “What if I build a diorama from scratch?”

And that’s the start of a really fun journey that helped to ease some of my quarantine-anxiety issues.

Then, I mixed toilet paper, water and flour to create the paper mache. Next, I started to cover the whole diorama with it

After everything was covered, it was time to paint with acrylic paint

With all the candy in it’s place, I had to build the cookie mountain
