I Am Going Around The Philippines To Capture The Smiles Of The Children
I was born in 1983, in Montpellier, in the south of France. Life brought me in Philippines where I live for 3 years now. The people I encountered here during those 3 years really made me want explore more my passion for photography. The kindness, the spontaneity and their smile really touches me.
I love to walk in the street and go to the encounter of the people, talk to them and capture their smile in picture. Therefore photography became a medium for sharing and communicating. That’s why most of my pictures are candid shots, so I can capture the emotion at a given moment and each of these pictures have a story behind it.
Recently I started a project called “Children of Philippines”. Going around the Philippines and capture the smiles of the children. Of course I will also take pictures of the landscapes and people. My goal is at term to open a photography gallery and publish a book about the Philippines. Unfortunately, funds are needed for this project and my economy are not enough. So if you are interested you can help me through my Patreon Cowd Funding Campaign.
