I was about 14 or 15 years old. A couple of weeks before christmas I was downtown with my father and stepmother. She said she wants to buy me a pullover, so she did and I was happy. Weeks later, on christmas eve, they told me the pullover has been my present for christmas.

When I was a teenager, my next door neighbour had died of colon cancer a month before Christmas. On Christmas Day his widow came over with a present for me. She was really excited to give it to me and she watched eagerly as I unwrapped it. It several pairs of his underwear!
