A patient in a hospital I worked at wanted to get up the first time after surgery and asked me to guide her. I had the feeling she looked like she could collapse. I did the obligatory check of the blood pressure. It was low but not stay-in-bed-low. So she got out off bed, stood for a second and immediatly collapsed.
No drama. People often collapse in this situation. Gues that is were my presentiment came from.
