It would be good to be able to reply to people's comments that have been hidden due to downvotes. Also when I first became a BP member you used to be able to click on a notification and it would take you to the actual part where someone replied to your comment. But now when you click on the notification it takes you to the post but you have to scroll through the whole post to find the comment/reply.

Yeah. I've been here for a few months and also noticed that it won't take you to the comments from the notifications. I get pretty annoyed because sometimes it's a longer post so I feel like I'm scrolling for 15 minutes before finding the comment. Have an upvote!

Usually, the notification will give you the title of the thing you commented on. What I do is press control F and then type in the title.

I sometimes get that but not all the time, often the notification will give you the title of the whole article and not individual posts, so you still have to search for them.

That notification thing is infuriating. Often I don't remember where I commented or I commented mulitiple times, searching for these is frustrating

It's annoying that after you check one of your replied/upvoted comments, it clears the remaining notifications- or stops scrolling down to them. going through a long post is frustrating.

We should be able to report people. I've seen a lot of comments that are really offending, and there's nothing we can do besides downvote. I'd also like to be able to put breaks in our paragraphs. It would make some comments easier to read. And, like Foxxy said, be taken to where our comment is in the post, rather than scrolling and looking for it

Yes, I agree with this. Sometimes the comments can get really inappropriate, and with some younger kids on here, it wouldn't be good for them to see that.

I agree completely with getting the haters off of here. The worst haters I have seen have to do with photographs of women, especially the articles showing how the same outfits can work for different body types. The haters choose to look at the article and then make negative comments. I don’t understand why they do that. No one is obligated to read every article on the site - it is a wonderful site with a variety of articles for every taste.

I think you can report people if you use the BP app, not 100% sure though. I don't use the app coz I don't like it. Sorry BP. I prefer the website.

I agree with Foxxy. Having to scroll through all the posting to find your comment is frustrating. Also, maybe a section where pandas can post their problems and other pandas can help solve them would be a nice addition (I saw a post like that but it was closed:( Also maybe make it easier to add posts. And change "points" to "bamboo". And maybe there should be a tool to make a custom panda avatar.

I came here because I can't figure out how to even see the replies others have made to my comment because the link it provides despite having a comment number doesn't actually lead to a comment and it's driving me crazy!

be able to reply to anyone / make posts delete-able / report and block / when you go to notifications and click it it brings you to what happened and shows you who liked and disliked your posts / at the top when it shows your post but small you can click it and it brings you to your post

I did delete one of my posts before and how I did it was going to the contact us page in bored panda then to general inquiry say I would like to have this post deleted (paste link to your post in the email) they might send you a new email to send that link to so you can delete the post finally. I agree posts should be easier to delete

I'd like to be able to edit my own posts. Like when a typo happens. One thing I noticed is that when scrolling down the post repeat. I would rather see older post than the same I saw above

I have a problem with this site that I am sure many other people also have. I love to look at the pictures of cats, dogs, thrift shop finds, etc., and I hate to see the statement at the end that says something like, “This post originally had 130 images. It has been narrowed down to the top 40”. I want to see ALL of the pictures. If there is some reason that they need to be narrowed down, at least keep the original article as-is for a few days. Don’t take out pictures after a few hours. All of the cats, dogs, and other wonderfulness deserve to be seen and appreciated!

If you click on the part where it would say 130 images it should take you to the original post not shortened, it will have the full 130

How wonderful! I have written the site several times in the past year about this and I am so thankful to get a reply! I have no idea why anyone downvoted my legitimate question but there are some people in this world who enjoy cutting people down in a pathetic attempt to lift themselves up. Life doesn’t work that way.

Provide some level of formatting (in addition to be able to post separate paragraphs). There's no way to provide emphasis besides WRITING IN ALL CAPS. Also, I'm trying to be good and allow for ads. However, the pop-up videos and links for replies that end up going to add pages are making me consider restarting my blocker.

So. it is possible to write in italics. I went to a site called yaytext, which lets your text become italicized or bold or strike through, among many others...then you simply copy and paste. It is one way to get different fonts even though it is not done on this site.

It'd be nice to have the option to edit our own comments, like another poster already mentioned for spell check, or the occasional grammatical error..
