Summarising an error in their own garbled way and refusing to tell you the actual error and steps to recreate: "I tried to make it work and it won't do the thing, there was a box with something in about error so I turned everything off, can you fix it?" No.

    Explaining the same thing over and over again to a client that did a quick google search and is now an apparent expert in your field. Even worse when you’re a woman, one client in particular (the worst for challenging my expertise) never did this with with my male colleagues.

    Users saying "I got an error " with ZERO explanation of what they were doing, what the error said, etc. Make an attempt, people! We can't help you if we don't know what's wrong!

    Asking to speak to a technician, “because you sound like a receptionist.” Apparently being AFAB makes IT a big mystery.

    Talking to "experts". I actually had someone call and tell me that they had been an engineer for over twenty years (and yet, they were still calling me), so I advised them that I had been a level 2 technician for over two years and they got suddenly very quiet and said "fair enough" and we were able to solve the problem together...
