My boss sent out a text to our team yesterday stating anyone not meeting performance quotas were going to be denied PTO. We have a block out period from Oct-Dec and a use it or lose it policy if you have more than 40 hours accrued. So basically many team members won’t be getting PTO until January. He immediately followed that text with one saying he’s hiring for the team and asked for us to send recommendations of people to hire. Who would want to work for a company that denies you earned PTO?!
