Pineapple upside down cake with my nanas glaze over it. The glaze is pretty much just sugar but it tastes awesome

When I was a kid, I used to love Spice Cake. No clue what went into it, but it was awesome. As an adult, I'm fairly certain it's just Carrot Cake without the vegetation. So either will do.
