Hey Pandas I Have Bipolar And Am In A Bad Stage Right Now What Should I Do To Cope
Do something you love as therapy if you are too uncomfortable to talk. I like to do art, and have a bunch of art things for it. But eventually go to get help. Personally, it helped stall with my mental health until I was ready to go and get help. I still deeply struggle with mental health, but it makes me happy.
If you're in a depressed mode the best advice is to eat you a bite and take a nap. If you canr sleep you need to be louder than your head. If you're bipolar you must be creative, yes? Get off the phone and do something creative until its bearable. Take your meds if you have them. Hope that helps.
Idk if this works for everyone but find a something. Most people call is a hobby but i call it a something. Basically all you need to do is think of something you actually enjoy. Eating? great! sitting on the couch? Works for me. Painting or drawing? Sure. why not? Take this thing and make sure it remains "unpolluted" no negative thoughts about this thing. Keep the space where you do your something clean and happy. And then when ever you're in a rough patch you can return to your something and it will be like returning home. It doesn't work for everyone but it's worked for me...
Talk to someone who will listen and try to get some meds. Everyone experiences it differently so don't feel like you are not bipolar because you feel different than someone else who is also bipolar.
