My close friend accidentally misgenders me a lot. In fact, I don't know if he's aware I'm FtM. How do I let him know that I use he/him pronouns without it being awkward if he does know?

You seem like a bit of a jerk, and I'm sorry you have schizophrenia, so I don't blame you because I know that makes the world harder for you.
