I cant run away, because then my sister would spiral and end up expelled. My dad would despise her, and my mom would lash out at her. I still have 5 years until I can safely get away without my sister ending up in foster care.
Oof. I understand your pain, so here's some advice 1. Be nice to your mom, even if you want to hate her, even if you do hate her. If she thinks she's getting the attention she deserves she may back off a bit, plus, it's good to always be nice. 2. Distance. If you're having a hard time, try to spend as much time away from her as possible. Even if you can only get away for an hour or two, it still gives time to decompress and that can be really good.
