One night, when I was 12, I went to sleep in my mum’s bed. Mum had left the window open that night. I woke up in the middle of the night to someone saying “hello” very clearly in my ear. I looked around but thee was no one there. I turned over and asked my mum if it was her. She just woke up so I knew it wasn’t her. I’ve never left the window open again…

That happened to me once when I was about 16. I wasn't in bed I was actually doing the dishes but I was alone. I heard someone say Hello very close to me and spun around. Still alone, I tried to keep communication going but only silence.
