I’m a 21-year-old art student from Saint-Petersburg, Russia working as a freelance illustrator and travelling around the world.
One of my recent projects was making a hand-drawn illustrated map based on my client’s adventures in the United States with his girlfriend. It took me a week to draw and everyday I was feeling somehow more and more involved into their story, trying to capture each detail from the description provided.
I didn’t have an image in my head of how the final work should look like until the very last day, but now I feel like continuing the project and illustrating my personal travels.
