Get To Know The 27 Finalists Photos Of The National Geographic Nature Photographer Of The Year 2017
Every year, photographers around the world are waiting for the opportunity to send their pictures to National Geographic’s prestigious Photo Contest.
The following images were chosen to be the finalists for their beauty, composition, precision and originality.
Despite of being in the end, the contest is still receiving photographs until November 17th in four categories: wildlife, landscapes, aerials and underwater.

Share on FacebookThese are all incredible and worthy, but the alligator one is the best because it relied on the spotlight (i.e. off camera lighting), which is a different animal (pardon the pun) from being in the right place at the right time and clicking the shutter to natural light. I used to live near a gallery that showed all these printed large format every year. Man I miss that.
