Dementia UK, the provider of specialist dementia support through Admiral Nurses, has created an evocative short film ‘Together Again’. With diagnoses of dementia increasing year-on-year, the film highlights the pivotal role Admiral Nurses can play in helping families reconnect to a loved one with dementia.
