Bucharest is a vibrant and surprising city, full of contradictions and in an ever going change and feeder.ro knows how to get around in the urban jungle.

With the intention of connecting the local creative scene with the international one and to extend the dialogue between the Romanian public and the artists of the moment, starting from March 2014, feeder has launched the weekly section of the insider interviews. There, feeder investigates with veterans and beginners alike concepts of motivation, processes, and perception in art. Two years later, the site has over 100 insightful conversations about the contemporary artistic environment, and 14 of those have been selected for the second edition of the feeder insider booklet, the anniversary publication that marks the key moments in the exploration of the exterior universe of music and the visual arts.

Feeder insider booklet #02 is an independent publication which challenges you to to feed your curiosities about illustration, electronic music, object design, sculpture and painting with  Saddo, Primărie, Brosmind, Livia Coloji, Gus Gus, Karim Rashid, Tokyotoys, Ioana Sisea, Yomsnil, Julie Marghilano, The Model, Borusiade, Olga Ziemska and Roman Tolici in a limited edition of 500 issues.

After a preview at Romanian Design Week, the booklet was part of the feeder insider pop-up gallery at Kube Musette – the first edition, at Universul Palace – second edition and at Lente Lupu – third edition.

Combining the clear structure of the insiders with the visual diversity that is needed to underline the way of expression chosen by every artist, the booklet represents a very different and captivating reading experience for the reader.

Feeder is “the news agency of the alternative nation”, a site that publishes news and articles from the urban zone, alternative events, music, contemporary art, advertising, design, and technology. In the 13 years in which feeder has fed the curiosity of over 2,3 million readers, the platform has gathered around it an online community of influencers and enthusiasts, DJs and event promoters, alongside visual artists and, generally speaking, important persons that have helped Bucharest grow constantly. Reviews, lists, tops, interviews, mixes and informative articles mark the virtual extended map of the local culture and make for an invitation to the exploration of the city.
