This is why the Mafia doesn’t deserve all the attention it gets. The movies, TV shows, etc. It’s totally romanticized in the US. In reality, this is what they do. They destroy lives and kill people who get in the way of their money.
Legends never die, they live on in different forms in our memories, I am glad I know about this.
Right? My grandma was a legend too. She passed about 16 years ago, and I'm still learning stuff about her that's just EPIC. :)
Load More Replies...My grandfather's funeral got super interesting when I was introduced to his mistress.
Most of us never really know about or fully understand the sacrifices our loved ones make for us. This is an extreme and heartrending example. I wonder how many other such heroes are out there, that never get their stories told? What a fantastic book/movie this would make!
What a wonderful discovery, I have been researching family history back to the 1200s and come across a lot of things but nothing like that. Congratulations.
