Borderlands of nomadic republics. Central Asia, home of former idea of never-existing Turkestan… Maybe they’re Uzbek, maybe Kyrgyz, maybe Tatar, maybe Tajiks.. Maybe muslim, maybe christian, maybe unreligious at all. All portraits were taken during my journey to Central Asia in 2014. Every face tell its story and one day I’ll write them all down.
