Vertical bike parking is nothing new – bike hooks and other similar devices have been around for a while, but PARKIS is so effortless that even small children or elderly people can use it without having to break a sweat. It also solves the infamous “bike line” – multiple bicycles, resting on each other. Parkis’s users won’t have to move every single one in order to reach their own. you have to lift you bike if you want to put it on a j hook. But 255$ is far too much anyway!

Nice design, but far too expensive for a normal household. You nearly never need just one. Just take me, my wife and our 2 children. 1.000€ ? I made one myself (yes, I have to lift it myself, but we only use it when we are storing the bikes for a longer time) for 20€. A J-Hook for the bikes and a cornered rain-gutter to protect the wall.

I would pay max. 50€-75€ for one. Would be still 300€ for my family just to store the bikes...
