Effortless Vertical Bike Parking
Source: Youtube
Vertical bike parking is nothing new – bike hooks and other similar devices have been around for a while, but PARKIS is so effortless that even small children or elderly people can use it without having to break a sweat. It also solves the infamous “bike line” – multiple bicycles, resting on each other. Parkis’s users won’t have to move every single one in order to reach their own. They’re available on Kickstarter from about $255.

o s**t... 240 euros... about 140 more than I expected. I think I'll keep my bike in the basement for now... :(
Load More Replies...Overpriced - What justifies that price? electronics, smarts, magic?? Problem with most kick starters.
you have to lift you bike if you want to put it on a j hook. But 255$ is far too much anyway!
Load More Replies...Nice design, but far too expensive for a normal household. You nearly never need just one. Just take me, my wife and our 2 children. 1.000€ ? I made one myself (yes, I have to lift it myself, but we only use it when we are storing the bikes for a longer time) for 20€. A J-Hook for the bikes and a cornered rain-gutter to protect the wall.
I would pay max. 50€-75€ for one. Would be still 300€ for my family just to store the bikes...
