I think BP should stop giving these photographers a platform. This is staged for sure, we all know it.

This animal is not in a natural position! He was drugged or cools or killed! You are not a photographer, but a puppeteer!

A dead Lizard with a stupid photographer, what else?...

These really anger me! They are stressing the lizard until it enters into ‘tonic immobilisation’ a defensive behaviour and renders the animal immobile whilst threatened. The photographers then pose them for photographs and are regularly ‘click bait’ on social media. Please don’t promote these morons and animal abusers.

I'm a biologist with decades of experience working with reptiles. No lizard would ever adopt a position like this if alive or healthy.

The odds of two abnormal poses from the same lizard prove it was staged and likely dead or cgi'd/photoshopped

This is an unethical wildlife photographer and the animal is clearly tortured, just to make his picture. Rediculus in every sense. This is a terrible image!!!!

Did you notice how indented his stomach area is or else he's horribly emaciated? I can't imagine anyone killing a strand in the web of all life for a pic. His feet are cupped unnaturally as well.
