There’s nothing better than coming home after a long and tiresome day at work, fixing yourself a bowl of food, and jumping straight onto the couch for some Netflix time. But apparently, humans are not the only species enjoying this type of relaxing.
Recently, this good boy named Murphy made rounds on social media for doing just that. After helping himself to a bowl of crunchy snacks, he went straight to the couch to munch on them, and that’s all it took for this short 20-second video to be shared by thousands of people on various social media platforms. The footage was originally shared on TikTok by the user audreywaitoprince. It gathered a whopping 2.4 million views and over 20k comments. Needless to say, people were amused over the adorable basset hound.
After the video was shared on Twitter, it amassed over 140k likes and more than 30k retweets. “I’m obsessed with this dog bringing his bowl of food with him to snack on the couch,” the caption of the video on Twitter read.
