While trying to click some fun pictures of my 2-month-old, I found it wasn’t that easy to use props with her as she would get hungry, cranky, sleepy, or wide awake when I wanted her sleepy. So I came up with this idea to rather doodle the natural pics of her.

As a new mom, I love capturing my baby girl, Ziya. I want to keep making “gigabytes of memories” of her. That’s one part of being a new mom. But motherhood is overwhelming, I tell you. From taking care of your baby now, you start thinking of how you want to raise your kid and how you want your kid to step out as a fine grown-up up into this still growing world.

Since I’m a mom and I multi-task; so while doodling, thoughts on raising her kept coming and I decided to portray them through the doodles. Here are a few things I’ve for my kid(s) to follow in their growing years. Cheers to the future you, kids!

More power to you, kid!

Super powers will fascinate you, let them be your guiding force to grow as a physically strong and an emotionally stable human.

Who will bring you the moon and stars? You, yourself

To charm you, others will have to be realistic; because of stars and moon, you’d have achieved and gathered your own.

Take pride in whatever you do

No job is unworthy. Do whatever makes you happy, and take pride in it. Perfection shall follow. Even if it’s about cutting the fruits; put your heart into it and you will be the Ninja of your profession.

Skill yourself and you’ll never be lonely

Learn this, learn that and whatever you can. People will love to be in your company and you will know how to keep yourself busy and entertained even when you’re alone.

Let emotions drive you rationally

Listen to your heart. Speak it out to your mind. Then let your heart think and your mind drive.
