I have always enjoyed and felt connected to music since my early childhood. This connection eventually lead to me starting two different bands; Dread Train and Red Moon which I toured with in the Southeast. Eventually I put my guitar down to pursue a career outside of music. Years later, during the beginnings of the Covid-19 pandemic, I saw my guitars hanging on my wall collecting dust and picked one up to play. I forgot how much I enjoyed song writing and feel like it is just part of who I am. There is nothing better than planting the seed with a simple chord progression and watching it grow into a finished song. I am currently the lead singer and guitarist of The Big Hungry (thebighunhryband.com), a band based out of Hendersonville, NC.
