Our miniature Shetland Danny Boy was at Castlelciff Beach, Whanganui New Zealand with his best friend Arapawa Lamb Cordelia, when they saw a huge driftwood sculpture of a horse by Jack Marsden-mayer. I took a series of photos with the animals and local children using my Canon PowerShot SX60 HS, (I love this camera as it goes from 0 to 260x zoom without having to change lenses, perfect when you live so close to the beach and there is salt spray and flying sands)
I am 52, married to Julian and have 2 sons, Alexander (26) and Zachariah (14)
We live in Castlecliff, Whanganui, New Zealand and are very close to the beach.
Every day we walk our Chihuahua Princess Pippa, Danny Boy our Miniature Shetland and Cordelia our Arapawa Lamb.
We also have a 3-legged 1-eyed Abyssinian called Coruba (12) and a number of other rescues including hens and bunnies
