Dad Makes Daughter’s Lunch Everyday But His Note On Her Last Day Of School Makes Everyone Cry
Meg Sullivan of Tacoma, Washington, might be 18 years old, but that doesn’t mean her dad Tom doesn’t still prepare her school lunches. He’s been doing it since Meg was in kindergarten, and he even peels her oranges for her, but when she opened her lunchbox on her last day of high school, it wasn’t a peeled orange she found inside, but a folded up piece of paper.
“It’s time baby girl,” read the note, packed into a plastic bag with two oranges with their skin still intact. “I thought it was just going to be a letter saying ‘Happy last day of school!’ or something,” Meg told Buzzfeed. “So when I opened it I couldn’t help but smile.” Why? Because inside the note was a printed page from Wikihow that contained complete instructions teaching Meg how to peel her own oranges! Meg tweeted a picture of the note and it’s since been shared over 110k times and liked by almost half a million people.
“I’m his last kiddo leaving for college this year, and you can tell he’s really really sad about it,” said Meg. “He has always gone above and beyond and is easily the cutest and most caring man I’ll ever know. It’s gonna break my heart to leave him for college, no doubt.” We don’t know about peeling oranges, but we definitely feel like somebody’s been peeling onions around here…

Why would you peel someone's orange? An orange comes in it's own natural wrapper
So you can have perfect orange juice when you accidentally put the bag under 200kg of school books :V
Load More Replies...How sweet! My father doesn't prepare meals for me as I tend to do it myself, but every time he makes coffee he always leave a cup for me that I can have in the morning.
The only reason why I upvoted was because I saw Jensen Ackles/Dean Winchester
Cute ! I always tell my dad he doesn't need to make me breakfast when I went to school, i didn't want to wake him up plus I make my own food. But he still does it and Im always so thankful.
Since you can't read the instructions in these pics, here's the secret: roll the orange around on a counter top with a bit of pressure, or roll it between your hands. You'll feel the peel loosening from the orange, and it's a cinch after that.
Her dad is so cute, sweet and loving! >.< Makes me teary all of a sudden!
Cleary she could peel an orange well past the age of 6 probably, this oranges are just a metaphor for your all grown up!
Please never have kids. Clearly she can peel oranges. Even without help for many years. Hes a loving father. Which u probably wont be
