"About To Give Birth To Twins": Jake Paul Sports Huge Belly In Workout Video, Sparks Confusion

It's because he has an awful personality and a worse reputation. People think they can mock him for his physic in this case because it's meant so much to him over the years while he did and said awful things. I think it's low and trashy to point out how anyone looks, no matter who they are. There is no high road in that kind of thinking, it's just ignorant and childish.
