The indoor spaces look warm comfortable and clean - the food looks good, they get excercise outdoors, Vetinary care (which looks expensive) interaction and affection from humans, socialisation with other dogs so they are not isolated and bored. I dont see how better to provide for animals that would be unlikely to make good household pets. Looks better care than them sitting in a concrete kennel awaiting euthanasia because no-one will take them on
