Beavers Don’t Drown
Let’s clarify. First Beavers cannot drown. They have a mechanism to keep water from going into their lungs. If they become trapped under water they die of hypoxia, which means they simply fall asleep due to lack of oxygen. This humane method is used to kill beavers when they are doing massive damage to peoples properties. PETA and others lie and want you to believe that animals suffer when they are put down.
