It Took Me Over 3 Weeks To Make This Chief Crowfoot Cake

Canada’s turning 150 years old this year and I thought I’d help to celebrate by making a cake of Chief Crowfoot for a competition in Ireland.

It is fully edible and made from chocolate biscuit cake, rice crispies and covered in modelling chocolate. Don’t worry – we won’t eat this one!!

Sooo many beads. Sooo many hours. Each sprinkle was placed individually into place.

Eye surgery was needed when he was almost finished.
