Anime or not? (Its not) I want to see the Pandas response

Not real anime, and certainly way better. It's got all the art, minus the insane hair, giant eyes, and high-pitched voices.

I agree. All the nice art without the exaggeration and the overly sexual female characters

I think that it’s a hybrid between western animation and eastern anime. But if I need to chose I would call it animation.
