I have been on the Weight Watchers plan since January, and I have lost 20 pounds, with 21 to go to reach my goal. Halfway there, yeah! There are times when I get discouraged or gain back a pound or 2, then lose it again, or go weeks without losing. The point is, that I am keeping a positive attitude and not giving up. And yes, my health has improved. 😁

You are right, as "post partum" means "following childbirth" in at least three dictionaries I looked in : they don't specify HOW LONG after childbirth ;-p
