There's nothing better than kitten snuggles when I'm feeling sad. My cat always seems to know when I'm blue. But, if she's not up to a good snuggle, than I: acknowledge that I'm sad let myself feel sad cry if I need too and then watch something funny, or comforting. I also try to read at night, so those feelings don't come back as I'm falling asleep.

Okay everyone listen up, there are bullies out there and they pick on everyone they feel they can get away with picking on. The problem is not with you it's with them. All of us are different and we should be fine and accepting of that, don't let any one steal your joy. Bullies feed on other people to boost their own insecurities. I am a behavioral therapist and i can tell you a lot more about other people in 2 seconds. Life is not perfect but neither are they. Enjoy life especially in these difficult times, it's not always the big things. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing, do what makes you happy as long as no one is harmed physically, mentally or otherwise because Karma is a Bitch!

The poor have been poor for a while and now some of the middle class has become poor so of course we're going to get this these are our neighbors struggling calling for help from the government demanding change whether black or white or Hispanic or whatever we are all going thru the same things and want similar things mostly peace and rest I hate the gov they are worthless just protect the big companies from the little people getting mad and overthrowing them they do the bare minimum to keep us happy so we don't over throw them.
