Hey Adam, thank you so much for this submission. I’m sure most people like the burning marshmallow don’t need recognition, but it’s nice to be asked ‘are you okay?’ Sometimes, they don’t even realize that they need to take a minute to take care of themselves too. For the ones who put aside their own problems and continue to deliver, thank you but you need to make more time and space for yourself. Letting others love and support you when it’s you who are going through things give them opportunities for growth. My comment doesn’t speak for everyone, and would like to learn from other members’ perspectives.
