? this is a long story. i am james at the time i was 30 something. volley was about that age too. she has a son named jackson... but everyone calls him jack. 5 yo. our econimic back grounds where about the same. we were both in need of stability. her uncle had some property in the woods. like deliveravce back woods. no power no toilet. but it had a natual spring. perfect water for free.she had the land and i had a car. so the deal was struck. we were happy for along time. then one spring i saw a bear. i say i saw the bear because she did not. this is where our stories diverge. what i did was to pick up jack and run for the house. she of course ran too. we got in side and i grabbed her uncles shot gun. door locked and bolted. we have a glass sliding door in the back. now pause every thing. there is so much happenig all at once i need to take a moment. ffrom the moment i picked up jack.. volley was afaid of me. she did not see the bear all she saw was me running away with her child. then bolt a door and grab a gun. she has every right to be afaid. im am very sorry she was afiad of me.... there is more to this. story. when i realised she was more afraid of me than the bear she didnt know about i dropped the 410 shot guun shell into my pocketand handed her the gun. empty gun. but she did not know that. she instantly brandished the gun right at my head. i asked her if she wanted to let her son see her shoot. she did not. but she pulled the trigger. obviously i am still here. i grabbed the gun from her and hid all the ammo. i gave her the gun back and kept all ammo hidden. the bear ran away. but if any guns are to be used there is division of power. she owns the gun i own the ammo. only if we agrwee can that gun be fired. i broke up with her. i took her and jack and the ither tools her uncle trusted me with back to her fsmily safe alive happy healthy... i do not trust volley any more. she did not know the gun wasnt loaded and pulled the trigger.
