In Japan, it is an old tradition to send “nengajō,” to family and friends at the end of the year. The tradition has been fading somewhat in recent years, but I’ve been doing my best to continue it. This is the collection of nengajō that I have designed for that past eight years, each one in a different style, and featuring the animal of the year along with my wife, dog, and me.
