I don’t really have anything to say, except I live in San Antonio and sometimes there’s interesting things to do and see.

These are pictures from a balloon festival.

    After it’s blown up with cold air, heat is added to make it rise.

    They do this thing called the “balloon glow” where they all take turns burning bright before taking off. It usually happens twice, first thing in the morning and again at dusk.

    We tried several times to get a good picture together.

    Unsuccessfully.

    So we asked one of these guys to take a picture of us and so their friends joined in. They all had very heavy European accents and were very nice.
