There are many ways how one can acquire a pet cat - it can be bought from breeders, it can be adopted from a shelter, chosen from a pet store or even be inherited. But there's one more way of getting a cute cat, and it's when the feline chooses you himself.
Now, we all know that cats follow their funny cat-logic of doing things, and more than often that includes picking their masters (or servants) to their liking. Some charm their way into adoption through gentle purring and the disarming power of the Puss in Boots stare. Others... well, trespass and claim your pillow as their new bed.
So, if you'll ever hear loud meowing noises at around 4 in the morning or be woken up from slumber by crashing sounds - congratulations, you now have a cat! Some even more obscure ways of the felines choosing their masters might include crazy cats jumping in a car through an open window, persistently following you on the street pretending to be a lost cat or even declaring your porch as the safest place for them to have their cute kittens.
Bored Panda has compiled a list of cat photos documenting these curious stories, and it's certainly one to make your cat senses tingle.

There Has Been A Stray Cat Outside Of My House Since Summer. Today We Decided To Let Him Inside To Stay Warm And A Few Hours Later We Found Him Like This!

It reminds me about "A stray cat named Bob", great movie based on a great story. Cat, coming out of nowhere, giving a reason to live to a lost human.
I've got the Book, I just haven't prepared myself to read it yet!!
Load More Replies...No, you don't own a cat. Nobody owns cats. The cats own themselves. The cat owns you.
Just a question of the wrong tense, here. Instead of 'I don't have a cat', read: 'I didn't have a cat.'
