If you are aged between 20 and 50 you may suffer the same disease I do; that of being a Star Wars fan. I started watching the movies when I was a child, and over the last years I’ve been compiling them in different formats (first VHS, and then DVD) and have continued my obsession on a daily basis through SW quotes and collecting anything connected with SW. If this sounds familiar… you may have come to the right place!
Last October I did an #InkTober Challenge on Instagram, dedicated to Star Wars. 31 drawings, 31 days. It got a few comments from among the community, and even Jake Parker (creator of the #INKtober challenge) made some jokes about it. At the time I didn’t think about doing anything with it, but after a number of mails and requests came my way, I felt it was time to take a step.
I decided to collect the drawings in a beautiful, pocket- sized Art Book, ‘The Ink Harvest’ and present the project to the Kickstarter community to see if I find enough supporters to make it a reality!
