Womanhood we all wanted it to come and now most likely dread that monthly “friend” who never ceases to make a week of our lives miserable every month. We went on the hunt for ways to make our monthly friend better and found a few great resources and products that are sure to make that time of the month just a little better.

1)Wine – Let’s face it a nice glass of wine usually makes it all go away. So when your monthly friend hits, pop open a bottle of cold Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio and kick back. Wine Clubs make it to get said wine to your glass, google wine clubs and see if its available in your state.

Reviews look good and what woman doesn’t love new makeup and fashionable jewelry and a candy bar to make you feel better.

3)Bubble baths and Spa Pedicures – Feel bloated all over? Swollen feet? Kick back in your tub, fill it up with hot hot water and relax.
