Maybe you can’t play an instrument, but you can still BE one. To prove that music has no boundaries, Lithuanian violinist Eimantas Belickas and his friend Tadas Maksimovas did an experiment called “Hair Music.”

Maksimovas, who ‘d been growing his hair out for 10 years, agreed to sacrifice it to create strings for a violin. His hair was braided, glued and screwed to the violin (while still attacked to his head), which was then placed in Belickas’ experienced and musical hands. See what came out of this and hear the hair music for yourself!

The project was organized to advertise the upcoming Street Musician’s Day festival, which takes place in Lithuania every year.
