Anna Mo, whose chunky knitting has been featured before on Bored Panda, is back with some new knit items: chunky knit pet beds! The cat model sells for 81 USD, while the dog model goes for 70 USD; both are made from 23 microns merino wool and shipped from Ukraine.
These cute but functional beds are the fruits of Mo’s desire to manufacture things by hand. Having found her previous career as a digital designer too abstract, Mo opened her Etsy shop “Ohhio” as an experiment with just a few items.
We asked Anna how she got started. “One day I ‘ve seen an unusual material that awakened my imagination and I decided to create a blanket. I did not have any knitting needles, so I just started to knit with my hands, ” she told Bored Panda.
