This Teen’s Reaction To Rare Animals His Teacher Brought To Class Became A Hilarious Meme

It was supposed to be just an ordinary science class for high school student Jalen Brooks, but what happened next made him internet-famous… Jalen knew that a herpetologist was coming to show rare animals, but what he didn’t know was that one of his colleagues was filming his reaction. 18-year-old Jill Lojas told Today: “I was trying to take a picture of the black duck, and I saw Jalen’s face over the duck, and I just zoomed in and started filming.”

Some people say the video was one of the best things that happened in 2016. “He had no idea I was filming him,” Lojas, who posted the video on Twitter, added. In an interview for Buzzfeed, Jalen says: “[The herpetologist] pulled out a series of crazy reptiles that were honestly dinosaurs in my opinion. Then he pulled out the largest python I’ve ever seen and I lost it.”

Jalen added: “I saw [the meme] on all corners of the internet and it just made me happy knowing I was bringing joy to other people.” The teenager revealed to Bored Panda: “I received follows from my idol Stephen Curry along with Lil B The BasedGod”. He also said many teachers contacted him praising Jalen for being so engaged in the class and cheering them up.
