Benjamin started working with graphite and soon made his first works measuring only couple of millimeters. He tried to go as small as he can making a figure of a one millimeter man sitting on a cube. Most of his work Benjamin does with the naked eye, his eyes are trained to see incredibly small structures. He finds graphite an amazing material as it is known to be a part of space.

These sculptures come in two series. He often exhibits them by putting the case on the table with one chair next to it and visitors can sit down and observe every sculpture with a hand lens.
