Blind Pitbull Abandoned On Park Bench After Giving Birth Finally Gets The Love She Deserves
Abandoning pets is never cool, but abandoning a blind dog who’s sick and scared out of her wits is an especially inconceivable act. Unfortunately, that’s what happened to Poly, this loveable blind pitbull who was rescued from a public park in Santa Barbara, California.
In addition to her abandonment, Poly also suffers from heart and skin conditions, and it was clear that she had recently given birth, though the puppies couldn’t be found nearby. Fortunately for her, she was found by the Santa Barbara County Animal Services, who have put her up with a foster home until they can find her a permanent home. Thankful for the people who rescued her, sad about the puppies, and the idiots who did this to her should be horsewhipped.

What scares me, is the same people who did this to her most likely have the puppies. HOPEFULLY, they just want to sell them. HOPEFULLY they won't sell them to people who will use them in illegal dog fighting. Hopefully they didn't take her pups just so that they can be used in illegal fighting rings. ----------------- Sadly, that's a LOT to hope for, and considering the complete lack of any compassion or conscience they had about abandoning Poly, I'm afraid my hopes for her pups are not likely to come true either. So really, the only thing we can hope is that the police find her former owners and lock them up BEFORE the pups are abused, abandoned, sold or forced to fight.
