I Create Magical Worlds With The Help Of Infrared Photography

I’m taking photos of polish natural environment with the infrared-converted camera.

The more green colours we can see in reality, the more pinkish the outcome will be.

These photos are great, but I think he has the understanding a little off? I believe the way the infrared works is that if an object reflects back longer light waves (toward the "infra"red end of the spectrum) then it will appear more pinkish/magenta. But if an object reflects back shorter waves (toward the ultraviolet end of the spectrum) it will appear more blue.

I want to know what happens when she takes a picture of a cherry blossom tree in bloom.

Its kind of fascinating how those pink tones look very uniform/similar, whereas the greens would probably look very different from one another. We (or just me) probably have a greater sensibility for green nuances

I used to love shooting colour infrared back in the film days. I do have a point and shoot converted to infrared now but it's not the same... *sigh*

Love the pink foliage and blue skies but you gotta turn that saturation slider down. Best practice is to preview in low rez with lots of compression to simulate what it will look like on the web. Look how much the sky bleeds into the trees in photo #3.
