Well, let’s see. I had this one completely by chance, no, by accident I mean! I was walking through a used book store, through the Natural History aisles, when a very dilapidated journal grabbed my attention!

I immediately plucked it from the dusty shelf and began to flip the worn, dusty pages. What was this? The very deteriorated first page read: “My Panda Discoveries in Patagonia”, by Professor Meshkowski. Yes – the famous Dr. And Professor Andre Meshkowski, the authority on all animals. I couldn’t believe my eyes!

Inside this book, he had recorded, in text and pictures, the discovery of five new Panda species! (This was before we had cameras). I, here, lay before you, my worthy audience, these remarkable, never-before-seen, newly discovered pandas.

Please forgive the rough drawings of the Doctor. I attempted to clean them up, but, alas time and circumstances have aged them and deprived them of their original clarity.

The Zebra Panda (easily camouflaged)

The Orangapand (hangs around and loves Poo Poo Fruit)

The Hyena Panda ( a most cheerful fellow)

The Pachy Panderm (simmply sucks-up the bamboo)

The Squirrel Panda (does a lot of hopping, but like the rest eats bamboo, too)
